1. Please wear a helmet including other safety protective gear all the time while riding. Ride safely and obey your local laws and regulations.
2. If you want to store the bicycle/scooter for an extended period, make sure the battery is charged well above 50%. Be mindful that the battery is stored at a dry and safe area.

How do I use the NFC function?
The NFC locking feature is designed to protect the scooter from unauthorized use. To unlock the display, place the NFC card or your phone in the NFC detection area. The three NFC cards attached are available for direct us. To unlock the display via your smartphone, you need to enable the NFC function of your phone first. Then, enter the hidden menu of the display and switch to P18. Next, long press the Plus button till the letter “b” appears at the top of the display, and place your phone in the NFC detection area. The number at the top of the display will be plus one, indicating that your phone is tethered and you can unlock the display with your phone.
How do I know my phone is successfully bound to the NFC function of the scooter?
On the P18 page of the hidden menu, the number at the top of the display indicates the total number of devices or NFC cards that are bound. The number plus one indicates that one more device has been bound successfully.
Can I charge my phone through the USB output?
Yes. The Ausom Gallop SR1 features USB-A and USB-C outputs for easy charging of mobile phones and other devices.
Can your e-scooter be folded?
Yes. The folding process is quick and easy, with detailed instructions provided in the user manual for efficient folding and unfolding.

How fast and far can it go?
The Ausom Gallop SR1 can travel up to 54 miles on a single charge and reach a top speed of 41 mph, enabling an exhilarating, long-distance journey.
Can I ride it in the rain?
The SR1 electric scooter is at the IP54 waterproof level. Riding it on a drizzling day for a short while is acceptable. But riding it on rainy days for a long time is not suggested. If an e-scooter gets soaked, the battery is likely to be damaged. Thus, we suggest you try not to use your e-scooter on rainy days.
What is the maximum user weight?
The maximum recommended payload is 265 lbs for optimal performance. People weighing over 265 lbs are not suggested.
Does it have brake lights?
Yes. The Ausom Gallop SR1 e-scooter is equipped with rear brake lights for safer braking and turn signals for easier and safer turning.
How long will it take fully charged?
It takes approximately 5 hours to fully charge using two 2A chargers and 9-10 hours using one 2A charger.

What is Park mode?
Park mode is a feature of the SR1 scooter that activates automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity to prevent accidental starts. In Park mode, the scooter cannot be started even if the throttle is pressed. To exit Park mode, simply press the Plus button.
How can I clean my Ausom scooter?
We suggest you use a soft and wet cloth to wipe the mainframe clean. Stubborn dirt can be gently scrubbed with a toothbrush and toothpaste, followed by wiping with a soft and wet cloth. Do not clean your e-scooter with alcohol, gasoline, acetone, or other corrosive or volatile solvents, as they can damage the appearance and internal structure of your e-scooter. Do not wash your e-scooter with a power washer or hose.
